Referral Program

Introduction

Tradebox offer 2 Referral Programs; a Customer Referral program and a Partner Referral program. Both offer rewards for introducing new customers to us.

How does it work?

The Tradebox Customer Referral Program is designed for existing Tradebox customers and allows you to reduce or remove your own software licence renewal costs by successfully introducing new customers to us.

The Tradebox Partner Referral Program is designed for industry partners, such as accountants, web developers/designers or technology providers and provides a referral fee on the first subscription for all new customers you introduce to Tradebox.

Complete the contact form and let us know which program your interested in. We will then get in touch to discuss your needs and sign you up to the appropriate program.



Once you have signed up, click on the Get Link button. This will generate a unique link which can be passed to potential Tradebox customers and/or used as a link on a web page. Every time a user clicks on your link it will be recorded against your account. If someone you have introduced via your link makes a purchase, the reward will be attributed to your account. You can view statistics on clicks made, orders placed and rewards earned by logging into your account and selecting the Dashboard link.

Terms & Conditions

Each program has its own terms and conditions but both have the following in common:

  • All referrals must be for new Tradebox customers. This excludes any previous customers who have lapsed within the last 3 months.
  • Referrers cannot refer themselves.
  • Rewards are based upon the new customer's initial subscription only. Rewards are not paid on recurring subscriptions.
  • Businesses can only be introduced once to Tradebox through this program.

Tradebox reserve the right to cancel any orders or credits that we determine conflicts with the terms and conditions of the referral programs.
