Tradebox One

Tradebox automates ecommerce accounting by integrating sales channels with Sage 50 or Xero, streamlining VAT reporting, stock control, and financial management.
Tradebox is a UK-based desktop software solution that automates ecommerce accounting for online retailers, integrating seamlessly with Sage 50 and Xero. Established in 2003 by former Sage developers, Tradebox was initially created to bridge the gap between online sales platforms and accounting software, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
Tradebox One supports integration with major sales channels including eBay, Amazon (Merchant and FBA), Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, EKM and Order Management solution, Linnworks. It offers flexible invoicing options, allowing users to generate individual invoices for each order or batch invoices summarising sales over a specific period.
The software provides robust stock control features, enabling businesses to manage inventory across multiple channels. Users can choose between using Tradebox’s internal stock control system or integrating with their accounting software’s stock management. This flexibility allows for accurate VAT calculations, including handling of mixed VAT and non-VAT items, and supports compliance with Making Tax Digital (MTD) regulations.
Tradebox offers four licensing plans—Starter, Standard, Pro, and Unlimited—based on the number of sales channels connected. All plans include free UK-based support and a 14-day fully supported free trial.
By automating the accounting process, Tradebox helps online retailers save time, reduce errors, and gain real-time financial visibility, allowing them to focus on growing their business.
