The Role

We’re seeking an IT Customer Services/Support Executive who can give our customers the best experience of using Tradebox. You’ll use your excellent customer service skills, alongside your strong technical knowledge to solve customer queries and leave them happy. You’ll have an open mind and an enthusiasm for learning new technologies and be a natural with customers.

Established in 2003, Tradebox is an Independent Software Vendor, providing and supporting our accounts integration solutions to UK online retailers since 2006. We are known for providing excellent support to assist our users to get the best out of our software.

Where you’ll work

You will be based at our offices in the heart of the vibrant North Shields Fish Quay and work from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break from 12pm - 1pm. Every member of staff gets a minimum of 24 days holiday + bank holidays + their birthday.
